In this Session of 60 Minutes in person or on Skype I bring you closer to your comfortzone - to understand yourself (who you really are) and how to feel better in your body.
The goal to this is to become aware of your breathing habits and enhance your quality and breathing-richness.
I will bring you closer to your Soul-desired-Movements which will influence your daily life and change your living-habits.

It might not seem to be related to the current situation, but will be the best for the moment to explore, therefore the best Solution for all.
Requirements: Skype Account, make sure you can do yoga in front of your device so that you can be seen by standing a few meters away from it by doing movements and raising your arms (see below). Take time for yourself and make sure no one or nothing can interrupt you

One hand-made-skript of the yoga-postures
Once we arranged date and time i will send you the bankaccount details to which you can transfer the fee. Once the fee is transferred, the class is confirmed.
